My name is Carolina Leite and I am an award winning cake artist. For as long as I remember, art and creativity have been a big part of who I am. I started cooking with my grandmother and when I realised I had a true passion for baking, I decided to enroll at Le Cordon Bleu London and study for my pastry Diploma.

 

After working in different places, such as hotels, pastry shops and cake shops I decided to open my own cake business - Sweet Prelude. We are a cake business based in Richmond - London, fully registered with the council.
